• Information you give us: when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or use the request form, we receive your name, phone number, location and a description of your vehicle problem, only so that we can send a recovery truck and call you back.
• Anonymous visit data: our website records which page was opened, the date and time, the type of device, and where the visit came from (for example Google Search or a Google ad). We do not store your IP address, and we do not use this data to identify you.
• Advertising and analytics cookies: if we run Google Ads, Google may place cookies to measure whether an ad led to a call or message. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

How we use it

To dispatch and complete your recovery job, to call you back, to quote a price, to improve our website and to measure the results of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We share your details only with the driver assigned to your job, and with service providers who help us run the website and advertising (such as Google). We may disclose information if required by UAE law.

Keeping it safe and how long

Website visit data is stored on access-restricted servers. We keep job details only as long as needed to complete the job and meet legal and accounting requirements.
